Demon slot review
Review by Gamingslots
Demon slot by Play’n Go is like their Sabaton game themed on a real heavy metal band, in this case one formed in 1979 in the UK, called Demon. Play’n Go also made House of Doom and if we add Leander’s Megadeth into the mix there are a few Metal bands around on slots nowadays. We have the appropriate axe symbols appearing, a soundtrack by the group themselves and a pentagram behind the transparent reels which actually has a function as we shall soon see. So will we get some headbanging wins here, or will this game cut our bankroll like the Demon Barber?
On The Reels.
You get 30 fixed paying lines on Demon slot with symbols single. The 5-of-a-kind wins for the 30-coin bet are Wild Mask at 500 coins (only in the bonus), Lead Singer 300, Cross 250, Demon Gargoyle 200, Bot Man 125, Muse Statue 100 with five card values all paying 50 for a full line. You actually get Wilds as the scatters because the Amulet on reels 1,5 and the Gold Mask on reel 3 are the symbols required for our bonus. The Gold Mask landing on the centre position of reel 3 also changes any Singer symbols in view to Wilds for that spin.
One Helluva Night!
You get 6 free games for the Amulets anywhere on reels 1,5 and the Mask on reel 3. If the Mask lands in the centre of reel 3 it lies over the centre of the Pentagram behind the grid too, and you get 11 free games if that occurs. A win multiplier of up to 8x is randomly given on each spin, but the real fun starts with moving up by getting more scatters. Wild Amulets on reels 1,5 award up to 8 Hell Spins which are begun immediately, or up to 10 if the Mask lands with them on reel 3. If the Mask lands in the middle of the Pentagram when you trigger the Hell spins, the multipliers double for the duration of the extra Hell Spins, up to 16x. You can’t retrigger during the Hell Spins but can again when you return to the initial free games.
I must say I forgot all about the band Demon until I played this Demon Slot and it was fun going to the slot’s playlist to reacquaint myself with some of their old tracks. The feature really makes this game but you get some great sounds, animations and graphics in the base game although obviously the music is down to taste. You can get some reasonable wins in the base game but the feature can pay up to 5,000x bet according to the rules and this as I said is where all the action really occurs. You get a decent 96.13% RTP and I would say get your horns out and go see the Demon at least once.
Devil’s Delight Slot Review
Devil’s Delight is a video slot, developed in 2013 by one of the most famous software providers in the industry, NetEnt. The developers managed to create a slot that perfectly encompasses the image of hell, fun and high risk. This is proven just by one fact – a high RTP rate of 97.6%, one of the highest in the industry.
The graphics of the slot are bright and mainly use an orange or red color palette. Creators stayed true to the aesthetic of Halloween and provided the players with the perfect holiday entertainment. The layout of the game is typical for a video slot – 5 reels and 3 rows. Overall, it has 20 paylines, which is not as much as you’d want in a slot game, but still, enough to have a chance at winning. Another remarkable thing about Devil’s Delight is its betting range. It’s quite flexible and versatile, players can bet from as much as C$0.2 to almost C$100.
Gameplay & Bonus Features
As expected of the game named Devil’s Delight, the main symbols at play are devils and all other kinds of creatures that are thought to be residing in hell. The drawing style of the game is still mainly cartoonish. The devils are depicted in the style of the 90s cartoon with comical facial expressions.
The female devil is the highest valued symbol – it pays up to 1000x your bet, if you land 5 of them on a reel. The purple devil is the second most valuable – it pays up to 500x your bet, if you land 5 of them on a reel. The next one is a red devil – it pays up to 375x your bet, if you land 5 of them on a reel. Then, the devil in a pot – it pays up to 500x your bet, if you land 5 of them on a reel. 666 – it pays up to 37.5x your bet, if you land 5 of them on a reel. The symbol of the heart with horns and tail pays up to 31.25x your bet, if you land 5 of them on a reel. Dice rolling skeleton hand – it pays up to 25x your bet, if you land 5 of them on a reel. And finally, gravestone symbols pay between 18.25x and 7.5x if you land 5 of them on a reel.
Devil’s Delight has quite a few of the standard features that are usually common in other video slots.
- Wild Symbol: The devil in a suit serves as a wild symbol in Devil’s Delight. It’ll replace other symbols to create winning combos. It only appears on the reels number 2, 3 and 4, and can expand on the full reel.
- Scatter Symbol: The pentagram plays the role of the scatter symbol in Devil’s Delight. By landing three or more pentagrams triggers the free spins mode. Additionally to that, the wins can be multiplied by 1x and 5x.
- Free Spins: Free Spins mode is triggered by landing 3 or more pentagram on the reels. The number of free spins is chosen absolutely randomly: it varies from 7 to 17 and it goes up to 5 times your winnings.
- Multiplier: In the same way as free spins, multipliers are chosen randomly. Again, it varies from 7 to 17 and it goes up to 5 times your winnings.
